At GGR Glass, we host a wide range of deglazing tools that allow you to securely deglaze your glass. The main products that we recommend that you try are the Woods N4000 Deglazing Tool, the Circular Deglazing Tool as well as the more traditional Deglazing Tool.

The Woods N4000 Deglazing Tool is a great device that reduces the risk of sprains and cuts whilst you are deglazing. As well as minimising damages to the surrounding areas such as window sills, walls and bathrooms.

This practical deglazing tool combines the popular N4000 vacuum hand cup (AHN05) with a special 760mm pry bar. The low marking rubber pad spreads the pressure across 47sq, cm of any non-porous surface. An optional long brace is also available for spreading the load over a wider gap (AHN61).

The traditional Deglazing Tool is a sharp tool for quick and effortless removal of window units for their frames. This deglazing tool consists of a large, 3-position, non-slip handle for a strong two-handed grip around all sides of a unit - plus a heat-treated, razor-sharp blade to slice through the toughest sealant.

This goes to work when you lay the cutting blade flat on the glass surface and slide it into the glazing pocket. The glazing material is separated from the glass as you roll the tool along the entire length of the pocket.

For tight fits, you can facilitate the cutting process by adding soapy water or a light lubricant to the blade. A built-in handguard allows you to work right next to the glass for good leverage and a deep cup when needed.

Whereas the Circular Deglazing Tool is designed for removing structurally-bonded units. This easy to use circular deglazing tool has a cutting disc that slides into the glazing pocket and cuts easily through sealant and tape.

At GGR Glass, we offer a great range of deglazing tools that are specially designed to save you time and money on-site, from the traditional to the very latest innovations. All of our products have been tried and tested - ensuring they can withstand the challenges of everyday use.
