These GGR developed cladding pad frame extensions increase the versatility of our MRT and MRTA series of below-the-hook vacuum lifters. The plug-in style pad frame extensions enable the MRT/A line-up of vacuum lifters to handle cladding materials of various style and dimensions. By simply removing the standard pad arm extensions and replacing them with the Cladding Pad Frame Extensions, you can transform the MRT(A) lifter to handle cladding materials with a variety of surface contours. At the heart of the Cladding Pad Frame Extensions are new vacuum pads, designed specifically for cladding materials.
Key features: Vacuum pad - Dimensions of 15cm x 64cm. Installs both vertical and/or horizontal wall and roof panels. Accommodates both wall and roof panels and load capacities up to 272 kg, using standard pad frame extensions. The closed cell, EPDM foam rubber pads are UV resistant, chemical resistant and solvent resistant, and can be readily removed and replaced if they become worn or damaged. The narrow vacuum pad fits between large contours and the foam rubber conforms to smaller contours and around surface irregularities, while still maintaining full vacuum and lifting function. Ergonomically designed to reduce worker fatigue and related injuries. Quick attachment and release to increase productivity. No wrestling with slings or hooks that can damage panels and slow production. Attaches directly to the face of the panel, keeping edges free for exact panel placement. Vacuum pads will not slip or damage the surface of panels.
